The Belle Vue has reopened this fall as RISTORANTE BELLA VISTA.
It’s concept is “Simple and authentic Italian, obsessing in using healthy ingredients.”
The view from the top floor of the Garden Tower is a view to behold.
We ordered the Prix Fixe Lunch and toasted to Sparkling Apple Cider.
It was the nostalgic taste of my favorite Martinelli’s apple juice.
The freshly baked bread had the aroma of cheese.
For the appetizer, the manager recommended the “Assorted Appetizers”
The art and beauty of the colors truly makes the heart bound.
My husband had the “Prosciutto Ham with Marinated Vegetable.”
The ham was very tasty with plenty of volume.
Next was the “Tagliatelle with Carbonara Sauce.”
The feel and texture of the fresh handmade pasta displayed the chef’s commitment towards this ultimate pasta.
My husband ordered the “Cheese Ravioli with Tomato Sauce.”
The performance of shredding the Parmesan cheese at the table was also impressive.
And now for the main dish!
We both chose the Bincho charcoal grilled lamb.
The lamb was very tender and juicy.
The tomatoes, asparagus and white sauce create the color of the Italian flag.
For the dessert, we could choose from a selection of assorted desserts.
I chose the Bonepurin, Panna Cotta and Tiramisu.
The Tiramisu was delicious as all get out.
My husband had the Noche, Caprese and Zukkotto.
The appetizer, pasta, main dish and desserts were all out of this world.
Also, the unforgettable taste and flavor of tea must not be left out.
The smile of the manager and staff is one of the New Otani traits of hospitality.
We truly appreciated the delicious cuisine and wonderful time we had.
