Suite Room Wedding

This is the “Royal Suite Room” where a number of  VIP’s have stayed.

It is an elegant and stately maisonette in blue and white tones.

A special room for a very special occasion.

It is a perfect place for inviting your close friends and family.

To the right of the stairs is the dining room.

Adorn the table with beautiful flowers and light the candles…

Wouldn’t you say this is a room fit for French cuisine?

To the left of the stairs is the living room.

Relax on the spacious sofa, enjoying a drink while waiting for the appearance of the bride and groom.

There is also an elegant writing desk and sideboard.

Wouldn’t it make writing letters enjoyable with such a space?

The bedroom located upstairs has a bed even larger than a king-size.

What will you dream tonight?

The marble bathroom is gorgeous and flawless.

Your smile filled with happiness will be reflected in the mirror.

Open the doors of blessing one by one…

A new life is about to begin from here.

Out of this World

The Belle Vue has reopened this fall as RISTORANTE BELLA VISTA.

It’s concept is “Simple and authentic Italian, obsessing in using healthy ingredients.”

The view from the top floor of the Garden Tower is a view to behold.

We ordered the Prix Fixe Lunch and toasted to Sparkling Apple Cider.

It was the nostalgic taste of my favorite Martinelli’s apple juice.

The freshly baked bread had the aroma of cheese.

For the appetizer, the manager recommended the “Assorted Appetizers”

The art and beauty of the colors truly makes the heart bound.

My husband had the “Prosciutto Ham with Marinated Vegetable.”

The ham was very tasty with plenty of volume.

Next was the “Tagliatelle with Carbonara Sauce.”

The feel and texture of the fresh handmade pasta displayed the chef’s commitment towards this ultimate pasta.

My husband ordered the “Cheese Ravioli with Tomato Sauce.”

The performance of shredding the Parmesan cheese at the table was also impressive.

And now for the main dish!

We both chose the Bincho charcoal grilled lamb.

The lamb was very tender and juicy.

The tomatoes, asparagus and white sauce create the color of the Italian flag.

For the dessert, we could choose from a selection of assorted desserts.

I chose the Bonepurin, Panna Cotta and Tiramisu.

The Tiramisu was delicious as all get out.

My husband had the Noche, Caprese and Zukkotto.

The appetizer, pasta, main dish and desserts were all out of this world.

Also, the unforgettable taste and flavor of tea must not be left out.

The smile of the manager and staff is one of the New Otani traits of hospitality.
We truly appreciated the delicious cuisine and wonderful time we had.

Autumn Feeling

When going under the noren (shop curtain) of Noodle Shop mendokoro NAKAJIMA, you will be welcomed with warm smiles by the ladies in Kimono.

You can feel the elegance of Japan in each and every movement.

The restaurant has seating at a table or in a tatami room with a sunken floor beneath the table for comfortable legroom and counter seating as shown in the photo above,

Will the Matsutake mushroom steal the show again this autumn?

Japanese noodles topped full of Matsutake lets us get the feeling of autumn.

The duck from Vendée, France and soup complements the Matsutake.

This is Matsutake Tempura and soba.
It can be enjoyed with citrus or dipped in the soup with grilled green onions and duck.  But I felt that the salt was the perfect combination.

And the Japanese noodles are truly impressive.
You can really feel Nakajima Chef’s passion through his creations.

It is the taste enjoyed only at mendokoro NAKAJIMA..
